Refund & Return Policy

At Drawboat, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items include:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable digital products

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Clearance or final sale items

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
